In Wandavision, we were introduced to Ralph. He was essentially the false start of the Multiverse. We all thought that the second Wanda opened the door for him, the Foxverse had officially become cannon and all of our childhood fantasies would come to fruition- yup that was a lie. Not Quicksilver, just some dude with enchanted beads.

A few months later came Loki which dealt with all sorts of variants, separate timelines and the multiverse as a whole. This is exactly what the fans had been hoping for and it was all masterminded by Ricky and Morty writer Michael Waldron- this is important to point out because that’s the writer for this movie. If you thought Alligator Loki was weird, just wait to see what Michael has in store for the variants this time.

Spider-Man No Way Home eventually released as the very definition of what fans had been looking forward to. A massive film tying together over twenty years of characters into one thrilling story. Who wasn’t excited to see the big screen return of Doctor Octopus and Green Goblin?

Now we have reached the sequel to Doctor Strange- titled the Multiverse Of Madness, I’m sure you are expecting what I’m expecting- cameos! But all that is speculation. What do we actually know about the film? Why did Scott Derickson leave and what made Sam Raimi want to return to directing superhero movies? Does this movie even have a plot, or is it just like two hours of portals opening up and like Tom Cruise walking out as Iron Man? The ending of No Way Home certainly leaves Spider-Man in a very interesting spot. With no friends or family to lean on for support on, there’s many possibilities for where he could go. Does he turn to his darker side with the Venom symbiote? Does the symbiote even find him or someone else? Will Black Cat be introduced? And what about Ned Leeds and MJ? Need might have a future as a wizard, or his villain turn could still happen since he doesn’t know Peter anymore!

For actors, commitment can make you legendary (I mean, it’s no accident that this list includes multiple Academy Award winners). Countless hours of training are aimed at making it so a performer can disappear into a role, both for the audience and for themselves. But the tricky thing about being lost in a role is that sometimes your character doesn’t know the fight choreography as well as you do, and your scene partner gets clipped in the jaw.

And this isn’t something only beginning actors do, even some of the most seasoned performers take and give it on the chin (see Joe Pesci to Macaulay Culkin), though often the real violence can be invited by the victim (see Channing Tatum and Mark Ruffalo; Christian Bale and Heath Ledger). The point is, acting in the world’s biggest movies and TV shows can be a precarious occupation, and whether it’s a prestige movie like The Wolf of Wall Street, a superhero flick like The Dark Knight, or a crazy popular TV show like The Walking Dead, sometimes punches find bodies.

So please, darling, for me, enjoy these 11 actors who injured their co-stars (and more interestingly, enjoy HOW these performers got hit, because the reasons and situations are all over the place).

When it comes to disaster movies you have to go big or go home as the success of the movie basically relies on that one big moment when the apocalypse ensues or a natural disaster causes chaos. Creating these scenes/sequences and movies in general requires a lot of time, effort, and most importantly money, whether they are using bucket loads of digital shots and VFX or building these sets from scratch. But how exactly did they create these massive scenes? Well that’s what we’re going to take a look at here.

In this video we will go behind the scenes of your favorite disaster movies and discover how exactly they brought their amazing cataclysmic scenes to life. From the moment the ‘unsinkable ship’ hits an iceberg in the Titanic (which required, pardon the pun, boat loads of water), how 2012 created the massive earthquake that tore through the city of Los Angeles, how The Day After Tomorrow created their post-apocalyptic wasteland, the way The Impossible recreated that terrifying tsunami (and the moment Naomi Watts nearly died), how The Rock did a bunch of his own stunts in San Andreas, the time Ben Affleck ticked off NASA while filming Armageddon and a bunch of other amazing scenes! This is how disaster movies created the end of the world!
