One Punch Man offers some of the most powerful characters in any series in existence. Most notably, the titular character Saitama, who’s so powerful he can defeat any and all foes with a single fist. However, what does being so powerful really accomplish? And what does it actually mean? If you examine the show closely, it’s the less powerful characters who actually offer the most in terms of personality and interesting stories. The more powerful the character, the less interesting they are, typically. Maybe that’s done intentionally? What sort of message could they possibly be trying to convey?
