فريدة سيف النصر (10 سبتمبر 1955)، ممثلة مصرية. درست في مدرسة النهضة، انضمت إلى فرقة التمثيل والموسيقى، اكتشفها المخرج حسام الدين مصطفى
وهي لا زالت تلميذة ثم اكتشفها جورج سيدهم في فرقة ثلاثي أضواء المسرح، ثم تركت الفن بعض الوقت في تسعينيات القرن العشرين ثم عادت إليه وعملت في العديد من المسلسلات
و فى مارس 2015 احتفلت الفنانة فريدة سيف النصر واللواء أسامة الشافعي، بزواج ابنهما محمد على الآنسة منة كريمة المهندس الاستشاري مدحت حسن ، وسط حضور عدد كبير من نجوم الفن.
وحرص الفنان محمود عبدالعزيز وزوجته الإعلامية بوسي شلبي، على حضور الحفل وتهنئة فريدة، كما قامت بوسي بنشر صور من الحفل على حسابها الشخصي على “انستجرام”.
