In this video I review the new Apple TV 2012 3rd Generation model. This newest Apple TV has 1080p video capabilities as well as a new interface that draws from iOS. In this review I demo AirPlay with pictures, music and video from the iPhone, iPod touch, iPad and iTunes on a Mac or PC, AirPlay Mirroring with Real Racing 2 HD on the new iPad 3, the hardware outputs including HDMI, Optical Audio, MicroUSB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi, Home Sharing from OS X and Windows, Netflix, YouTube and other apps on the Apple TV 2012 and whether it’s worth it compared to other streaming devices such as Roku.
