لماذا نحب أن نخاف ؟

قيل قديماً .. إذا أردت أن لا يقاطعك أحد وأنت تتكلم وتجذب أنتباه الجميع .. وتتحجر نظراتهم عليك .. وكأن على رؤوسهم الطير … عليك إذا أن تحكى لهم قصة مرعبة
لماذ تنجح أفلام الرعب ؟
لماذا تنجح الألعاب المرعبة ؟
لماذا يزور الناس الملاهى بالألاف كل يوم ليركبون ألعابها المخيفة .. وينقطع صوتهم من الصراخ
حتى قبل أختراع السينما .. عندما ظهر أدب الرعب القوطى الشهير وظهر دراكولا و فرانكنشاين .. أحدث هذا النوع من أدب الرعب فطرة أدبية لتهافت الناس على قراءته
لماذا يسعى الإنسان إلى الخوف ؟
الحقيقة الأجابة على سؤال كهذا لن تكون سهله أبداً .. ولكن على الأرجح السر فى الأدرينالين .. ذلك الهرمون العجيب الذى يفرزه الجسم إستجابة لأي نوع من أنواع الانفعال أو الضغط النفسي، كالخوف أو الغضب والذى يهيأ الجسم حيوياً للدفاع ضد الإرهاق النفسي بأشكاله المختلفة، و يقوم بزيادة عدد ضربات القلب وسرعة ضخ الدماء خلال الشرايين التي تتسع بدورها .. وقد ثبت علمياً أن الجسم البشرى تحت تأثير الأدرينالين قد يقوم بأداء مهام لا يمكنه تحملها فى الوضع الطبيعى
كما أن إفراز هرمون الأدرينالين لوقت معين وبكميات معينة يصاحبه إفراز هرمون اخر بعد هدوء الجسم وعودته للحالة الطبيعية هو السيروتونين والمعروف بهرمون السعادة
ولتبسيط الامر عليك تخيل إحساس اللص بعد أن ينجو من مطاردة شرسة مع الشرطة .. أنه إحساس بالسعادة والراحة المصحوب بالنجاح
فأنت كذلك تحب أن تستمتع بمطاردة القاتل لبطل الفيلم بمنشار كهربائى ومحاولته النجاة ولكن وأنت فى سريرك تستمتع بالمقرمشات
فالحقيقة أن المخ لا يفرق كثيراً بين ما يشاهده على الشاشة وبين الواقع فلو تعرضت لمطارده من قاتل مجنون بالفعل لن يفرز جسدك أدرينالين أكثر من ما أفرزه وانت تشاهد نفس المشهد بفيلم
وهذا ببساطة ما توصلت إليه دراسة فيسيولوجية جسم مدمنى أفلام الرعب
وربما زاد من حاجتنا إلى الشعور بالخوف أن الحياة الآن أصبحت أفضل مقارنة بالقرون السابقة التي ملئتها الحروب وكان الأنسان بها فى فيلم رعب لا ينتهى ، أم الأن فقد أصبحنا مفتقدين الأحساس بالخوف، ويرى بعضنا الحياة ممله تخلو من الإثارة .. لذلك يبحث عنها فى داخل شاشة تنقله فى مغامرة مرعبة وهو على فراشه الدافئة ليلاً .
