طبعا وزني في طلوع و نزول من خلال الاسبوعين اللي اتمرنتها مع انمار نزلت الى ١١١ و بعدين طلعت الى ١١٤ – مهم جدا يا اخوان انو تنتبهوا على الاكلات اللي تاكلوها.
