In this video I take a look at iBooks vs Google Books vs Kindle as part of my three way comparison to decide the best iPhone and iPod touch eBook app.

Each app has it’s respective pros and cons however today I am taking a look at all three to evaluate several key criteria such as interface, portability of your purchased eBooks to other platforms and the overall size of each eBookstore.

iBooks is an eBook app specifically for Apple devices and as such shines on the iPhone and iPod touch. It’s level of polish is second to none and it features the tightest integration with iOS. However the lack of additional device support beyond the iPhone, iPod touch and iPad hurts.

Kindle has a lot of good things going for it, including a solid reading interface, outstanding library of both paid and free titles and support for multiple devices.
