A four-wheel street legal rally car that will have most other cars on the street eating its dust at the stop lights and in the corners. A true performance bargain that you could theoretically drive everyday even in bad weather (with proper tires). Just keep in mind, $35,000 is a lot of money to pay for a vehicle with a lack of a tech, noisy interior, and stiff ride that will wear you out on longer trips.
