2014 Jaguar XKR-S GT: The Cat Takes a Giant Leap Forward! – Ignition Ep. 96
On this episode of Ignition, Carlos Lago and pro driver Randy Pobst get behind the wheel of the limited edition Jaguar XKR-S GT, to sample the company’s meanest and most track ready offering yet. With a production run of only 25 vehicles, this special 2014 XKR-S GT combines elegant luxury and huge track-dominating power with its 5.0L supercharged V8, supposedly producing around 550 hp and 461 lb-ft of torque. Is it beautiful? Yes. Is it a beast? Definitely. Can it outdo the performance of it’s competitors like the 911 Turbo or Corvette C7? Armed with the Randy Cam, we head to Streets of Willow racetrack to find out.
