Edge of Tomorrow is an upcoming British/American science-fiction film directed by Doug Liman from a screenplay adapted by Dante Harper. Based on the Japanese light novel All You Need Is Kill by Hiroshi Sakurazaka, the film stars Tom Cruise, Emily Blunt, and Bill Paxton.

So this movie feels like Groundhog Day (the 1993 comedy with Bill Murray waking up to greet the same reoccurring day everyday) meets Call of Duty or Terminator where Cruise wakes up every morning having to fight the same alien war over and over again… This really get to a guy after a while, don’t ya think?
