Used to be you knew what you were getting when you went to a movie starring a guy like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Sylvester Stallone, or Bruce Willis. It’s hard to find an equivalent in today’s younger talent. Stars of superhero movies turn up in serious dramas, and muscle-bound actors rarely carry their own films anymore.

So, what’s next for action movies and action heroes?
