Fish can be tricky to cook, but in this video we’ll share with you a unique recipe for grilling halibut fillets. Rubbed with sesame oil and seasoned with ground black pepper, the fish needs just 5 minutes per side on the grill, until it is cooked through. To plate, garnish halibut with fresh cilantro and serve with a Japanese-inspired black bean and soy sauce.
