هالة صدقي (15 يونيو 1961)، ممثلة مصرية.
حصلت على إجازة في الآداب عام 1981، عملت عدد من الأعمال التلفزيونية مثل أوراق مصرية وأرابيسك ورجل في زمن العولمة وقدمت أكثر من 30 فيلماً.
تعرضت لأزمة شهيرة مع زوجها الاول مجدي وليم انتهت بالخلع بعد تغير مذهبها من القبطية إلى السريانية،

وكشف ممدوح رمزى محامى رجل الأعمال المصري مجدى وليم طليق الفنانة هالة صدقى سر موافقة الكنيسة الارثوذكسية المصرية على زواج الفنانة هالة صدقى للمرة الثانية.
وقال لـ”العربية.نت” إنها جاءت بأربعة شهود واثبتت فى محضر رسمى عقد فى المجلس الاكليريكى بالكنيسة المصرية،
وهو المجلس المعنى بقضايا الأحوال
الشخصية للاقباط، أن زوجها السابق
ارتكب واقعة الزنا.
وأضاف: الكنيسة من هذا المنطلق اعترفت بأحقية هالة صدقى فى الطلاق مما يترتب عليه حقها فى الحصول على تصريح بالزواج الثانى.
وحسب ما درجت عليه الكنيسة فإنها لا تصرح للطرف المخطئ بالزواج، وسيظل محروما منه إلى الأبد. والمعروف أنها تمنع الطلاق بين أتباعها إلا في حالة وقوع الزنا،
وذلك شرط موافقة الكنيسة على الزواج ثانية للطرف المجني عليه، وهو في هذه الحالة هالة صدقي، وفي غير ذلك تعتبر أن الزواج من مطلق أو مطلقة في حكم الزنا.
وأوضح رمزى أن هناك شرطين للاعتراف بالطلاق فى العقيدة الارثوذكسية، اولهما ثبوت واقعة الزنا، والثانى بطلان عقد الزواج من الاصل كمن تقرر فى العقد أنها بكر ثم يثبت بعد الدخول عليها انها ثيب، أو ان يكون الزوج عنينا.
وفى حالة الفنانة هالة صدقى – حسب المحامي رمزي – استندت الكنيسة على اثبات واقعة الزنا. وأوضح أن الشهود الاربعة قالوا أمام الأب سرجيوس عضو المجلس الاكليريكى

إن الزوج الاول لهالة صدقي، تزوج عرفيا فى لبنان، وهذا النوع من الزواج تعتبره الكنيسة زنا.
والمعروف أن زوج هالة السابق
كان قد فشل بعد زواجه منها بخمسة شهور في الحصول على حكم قضائي بتطليقه منها، بعد اكتشافه حسب قوله إنها ليست عذراء بما يخالف المذكور في عقد زواجهما،

وهو اتهام ضمني لها بفقد عذريتها قبل الزواج في واقعة زنا، لكن المحكمة رفضت لأنه لم يرفع دعواه بعد الزواج خلال شهر واحد من الزواج وهو المدة المسموح بها في هذا النوع من القضايا وفق قانون الأحوال الشخصية للمسيحيين.
