Most of us have something we hold near and dear (and as much as we’d like to say it was an extensive collection of video game memorabilia) it probably isn’t. But thankfully, the world gave us these awesome collectors who scour the planet to add rare items to their own collection and we get to live vicariously through them.

Growing up in the 1990’s gave plenty of reason to be on one side of the video game console debate or the other: Playstation or Nintendo 64. There was no in between, but this guy has collected tons of N64 items including multiple consoles in various colors that are hard to come by so we obviously know which side of the debate for the better console he was on.

If N64 was too “new age” for you though there was always the good ol’ Super Nintendo which always seemed to get the job done right. One collector has had the pleasure of collecting almost every cartridge created for the SNES (but there are a few ultra-rare one’s he hasn’t got his hands on yet). And then, there’s the only female collector on our list who got her start from cosplaying as Princess Zelda. She loved it so much that she started collecting items from the series and now has one of the most extensive Zelda memorabilia collections in the world.
