The #AudiA7 wasn’t the original 4-door coupe but it was one of the most successful luxury sedans when it came out nearly a decade ago. For its second generation, #Audi has taken everything that we liked from the first #A7 and added its newest arsenal of tech to the interior, replaced the old supercharged V6 with a turbo unit, and added a quick-shifting DCT to replace the conventional torque converter automatic. The result is the same luxury sedan with a hatch that we loved that reminds drivers more of its luxury mission versus a sportier one. We look forward to driving the new #S7 and #RS7 later this year.

If you thought Mercedes had too many SUV’s in their lineup, be prepared for a new addition for 2020. The new #MercedesBenzGLB250 effectively blends aspects of the old GLK with the G-Wagen flagship. It slots between the GLC and GLA and is built on the same A-Class platform which means its FWD based. At launch, #MercedesBenz will only offer the #GLB250 in FWD or #4Matic AWD, while a #GLB35AMG will come next year. With seating for up to 7, the new #GLB2504Matic will give young families looking for 3-rows of seating in a smaller package something new to look at in showrooms.

The #Cadillac brand has been starved of a unibody 3-row crossover for the last decade since the SRX was replaced and for 2020, Cadillac dealers are finally getting the crossover they’ve been asking for. The all-new 202 #CadillacXT6 stretches the XT5 platform by 9 inches and comes standard with 3-rows of seating. The new #XT6 rides on the same architecture as the Traverse, Acadia, and Enclave but comes with a unique look outside inspired but the #Escala concept. The interior also features the Cadillac “Cut & Sewn” leather interior that feels a step above its GM cousins, but buyers who check out the competition from Europe and its American rival Lincoln will find a lot left to be desired for the new XT6, given the price point.

#Honda set the small car benchmark pretty high about four years ago when the all-new 10th generation #HondaCivic was introduced. It had a lot of firsts for the #Civic lineup, the first-ever #Turbocharged engines we’re introduced, we finally got the hot hatch #CivicTypeR in America, and its new chassis made it the best-driving affordable small car you could buy. For many years, the #NissanSentra has been synonymous with the kind of car most people would rent at the airport and its interior design, exterior styling, and driving dynamics would reflect that. It would be easy for #Nissan to continue that trend for the all-new 8th generation but with annual sales hovering around 200,000 units a year, Nissan saw an opportunity to move the #SentraSR up market. For 2020, it rides on an entirely new and unique platform, has sleeker styling that is lower and wider versus the old one, and about 20% more power under the hood with nearly 40 MPG on the highway. The new #Sentra now looks and drives like a car that consumers would actually want to own, while being a few thousands dollars less expensive versus main rivals from Honda and Toyota.

The sub-compact SUV segment in America has continued to grow year after year. In 2018, Americans bought nearly 800,000 of these little SUV’s versus 200,000 back in 2014. With so much growth, every manufacturer is looking to get in on the action and Mazda is no exception with the 2020 #MazdaCX30. Based on the new Mazda3 platform, the #CX30 adds roughly 5.5″ of height and an additional 1.5″ of ground clearance to its hatchback cousin. The result is essentially #Mazda version of the Subaru Crosstrek but with a much more luxurious cabin, sporty driving dynamics, and quicker acceleration. Once you get past the silly name, the 2020 CX-30 should become a top seller in the Mazda lineup.
