Aztez is a game I have been waiting for on the edge of my seat since the moment I saw it at PAX Prime 2013 – The art style of the game is incredibly attractive and the idea of the combination of a brawler and a strategy game just seems so amazing… I’m excited!

The Alienware 18 is MASSIVE… luckily it packs power with its size and is able to push to a 4k display while running its 4940MX at a turbo of 4.0Ghz! It still blows my mind that they have overclocked this laptop above 5.0Ghz

Intel Quick Sync and OBS coming together is great – More performance is good performance and when it is backwards compatible with products you may already own that’s just awesome.

We were told by more than one person that Kingston didn’t have anything new and to not bother stopping by but we did anyways because I usually like seeing what setup they have at conventions… low and behold they had a whole new product line refresh with their “FURY” line of products! The ID on the heatsyncs for the RAM is very nice in my opinion and I must say I am a fan of the white heatsync with a black PCB!

The CoolerMaster NovaToch will surprisingly be our only keyboard review of PAX East! It is really nice that this style of keyboard will now be easily available to mass market consumers!

Oculus Rift DK2 is AWESOME. It’s not the consumer version I’m hoping for mainly due to resolution but it’s AWESOME and gives me very high hopes for what the CV1(The consumer version) Will be!

It is unfortunate that in its current state it won’t work very well with setups like Omni but I understand it at the same time… The challenge of creating an ideal experience for the seated experience has to be conquered before they move on to the more extreme experiences that I am overly excited for 🙂

The Proteus Core is a very interesting new mouse and a big step away from the G500s. Some things that I would like to add that don’t seem to have made it into the final cut for this video is that having the left and right click is on two completely different pieces of plastic and are not connected at all. also that there are mechanical switches under every button not just the L and R buttons.

Also that it has a very nice sleeved cable and that it is able to tune itself to most surfaces that you can put it on so if you were to put it on a nice mouse-pad or even a ripped up pizza box lid at a LAN you will be able to get the best experience possible which I have to say is pretty freakin awesome!
