When we released Graphic Violence, user ezoeast commented “can u make a Tutarial?????PLz~~~~~~~~~~~”. Have we a got a surprise for him or her!

A building, a green screen, Sam and Niko, After Effects, Adobe Premiere (yeah, that’s right!), Rayfire / 3DS Max.
The Paint Filter Effect is done with the following After Effects filters (in order): Levels (for contrast), Cartoon (2 steps, fill only), Tint (for color).
