What is Shadow of Mordor?

Taking place in J.R.R. Tolkien’s Middle-Earth, the events in Shadow of Mordor take place before the siege of Mordor on the part of Sauron’s forces. You play as Talion, a ranger from Gondor stationed on the Black Gate during the attack. Shadow of Mordor will release on September 30, 2014 for the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360, & Xbox One. It is classified as an action RPG – developed by Monolith Productions and published by Warner Bros. Interactive.
