Thansk to Joma for sending this one in. You don’t have to go all in on a $1000 Casio to get a great, lightweight Japanese grab and go. OK, so I’m not exactly on the pulse with these two but still valid pick ups nonetheless. The ‘King’ extras make such a difference to the Samurai case. Love the ceramic bezel particularly, but this one still has its fair share of ‘Seiko Signatures’. The 5 Field is just perfect for me in terms of the size, so much nicer than the SNZG/SNK pair for the average wrist. Shame about the clasp. Cheers, Jody

Thanks to Buyee for the dicsount voucher that allowed me to buy the top of the range Casio. What a watch. So many neat touches, and so light it is barely there. Big thank you to Mr P for the loan of another cracker. I rate CW a lot. Good looking, well made watches, and they now sem to have moved the logo to the ‘proper’ place thankfully. Is this one their best yet? Well, no. It need better lume and a retro colour scheme for me. And maybe more than 150m water resistance! Nice engineering flex, or sorts, though.
