It is not often that I buy a watch purely for a laugh, but that is the case here. A bit of a shame as this one is pretty solid all round, but they should have asked a native English speaker is the dial worked, because it doesn’t. Cheers, Jody

Phoibos have made some great watches in their short history as a brand. I am not convinced this is one of them! Nothing wrong with it, per se, at least nothing major, it just doesn’t grab me stylistically. They have a few more in the pipeline for later in 2020 which I think are more resolved designs. Cheers, Jody

Well, a 3-4-1 deal here today, with a pair of Horizons on the table for review and a Mirage Tourbillon sneak peak at the end. Is Zelos’ ambitious release schedule catching up with them? Are they releasing models or colourways that just shouldn’t have got past the testing phase? Is there even a testing phase? The ICE model is a fail, but I like the watch overall. Stay tuned for a full video on the Mirage on 9th June. Cheers, Jody
