Well, well. This is a lovely watch. It looks good, it wear fantastically, they haven’t gone totally mad with the colours, and if you can get one closer to $200, then it represents reasonable value…. for a Seiko in 2020! It isn’t the SARB, but we can’t go back in time. If we could then we would sort out the bloody mess that is 2020. I can see one of these finding its way into a lot of watch boxes this year. What do you get when you combine parts from a Vostok Amphibia, a Rolex Subamariner clone, and a Seiko SKX? Erm, an Amphibimariner SKX?!?! There is only one of these in the world. That may be a good thing.

I love making these nerdy vids, and I think this is by far the strongest selection of 8 watches on the table thus far. Can the Rolex Explorer 2 recapture some lost pride for the Big R?
