What is the New X-Wing?

The New XWing is the Rebellion / New Republic’s most prominent starfighter ship and vessel accredited with the destruction of the Empire’s infamous “Death Star” space station in the Star Wars film series. Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens takes place decades after the events of Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, where a new X-Wing is prowling space. This video’s model is inspired by the ship seen in the first Force Awakens’ trailer.
