Daredevil Trailer! – CineFix Now

The trailer for the new trailer for the Marvel/Netflix show hit the web today. Netflix has a pretty good pedigree for creating quality TV shows, but until now, we couldn’t be sure how the Daredevil show was going to come out. And… now we’re excited! Subscribe: http://goo.gl/9AGRm

Daredevil is one of four TV shows that Netflix is making with Marvel Studios (along with AKA Jessica Jones, Iron Fist, and Luke Cage). Up until now, we wondered how the Netflix shows would compare to Agents of SHIELD, and Agent Carter, the two Marvel Universe network TV shows currently in production. The trailer gives at least a partial answer: Daredevil will certainly be darker, more real, and possibly harkening back to earlier comic-book versions of the character.

What is a MOBA Game?

MOBA Games are multiplayer online battle arena video games. In spirit, the are all successors to the original Defense of the Ancients (DotA) custom game for Warcraft III. Today, League of Legends (LoL) Dota 2, Heroes of the Storm, Smite, Heroes of Newerth, and a variety of other games exist with active communities today.

They are also known as action real-time strategy games (ARTS) and consist primarily of human-controlled hero or champion units facing off against each other in a 5v5 team. Also included are a plethora of NPC units and various map mechanics to keep gameplay constantly varying.

MOBA games are widely considered the most popular and active eSports engines in modern online multiplayer gaming.

Slamdance Film Festival takes place every year in Park City, UT, and is an outlet for first-time, low-budget filmmakers to have their work speak for itself. (But, we also asked Athanasiou to speak for his film as well.)

He’ll tell you about how he was inspired by the form of ancient Greek tragedies, and how he strove to bring that from to live in a transmedia cinematic experience.
