Not only did Bill Irwin provide the voice for TARS, he was one of the puppeteers operating the robot on set. So, TARS is truly his performance. We ask him about the experience of acting with Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway, and why TARS is one of the greatest robots of all time.
