داود الشريان وفي الجزء الثاني من لقائه مع الإعلامية وفاء الكيلاني في برنامج المتاهة، تحدث عن ما أسماهم “أبطال تويتر” الذين يغررون بالشباب الصغار للقتال في سوريا وهو ما خلق أزمة عند الكثير من الأسر السعودية التي ذهب ابناؤها للقتال هناك ولا يعرفون عنهم شيئا، الشريان أعلن عن تمسكه بموقفه من هذه القضية ونفى خوفه من أتباع هؤلاء بالانتقام منه بسبب حملته هذه، من ناحية أخرى رد على اتهامات العودة بأنه كان من بدأ دعوة الشباب السعودي للذهاب إلى افغانستان للجهاد، وطالبه على الهواء بأن يثبت صحة أقواله.
