– ملعقتين بافلوصوص

الطريقة :
– في صحن نحط الطحين مع الماء البارد
(الماء لازم يكون بارد ولا الخليط ماراح يكون مقرمش اذا وضع في الزيت)
– نحط الربيان على خليط الطحين ونخلطه ونقليه بزيت ساخن عشان يكون مقرمش

الصوص :
– نخلط المايونيز مع السويت تشيلي والبافلو وسومطره صوص
– نحطه شوي على النار اذا سخن نحط قطع الربيان عليه ونقدمه ساخن
