Step inside the pitch meeting that started it all. in 2012 the superhero movie revolution was well underway and Marvel was leading the charge, five films into their cinematic universe with The Avengers on the horizon. The sixth MCU film would tie together all the previous movies and lay out the framework for the whole franchise moving forward. But as exciting as this all was, no movie is perfect, and The Avengers, in all of its epic glory, is no exception. Could Thor, Captain America, Iron Man, Hulk, Black Widow and Hawkeye team up to save the world? Sure; super easy, barely an inconvenience.

Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind follows a story of love, loss, and the memories associated with the time we spend together. The film Closer features an all-star cast in a story about cheating and keeping secrets covered up. Revolutionary Road was supposed to be a Titanic reunion, but there’s a lot of lost love between the on-screen married couple in the film. Gone Girl is an intense thriller that will make you paranoid about your partner. Watch to see all the movies you should avoid for your relationship!
