The Guardians Of The Galaxy Have Completely Changed After Endgame

Avengers: Endgame has completely changed the Guardians of the Galaxy! Subscribe to our channel: http://bit.ly/Subscribe-to-Screenrant

For many of us, watching Endgame came with a whole lot of tears and emotions at the end of the movie. Thankfully, the filmmakers decided to toss in a few laughs as well — presenting us with some scenes of the Guardians of the Galaxy reunited at last — and with an extra crew member on board.

Obviously the events of Endgame changed a whole lot in the MCU, but just exactly how will the Guardians of the Galaxy be changed once their sequel rolls around? We’ll tell you what’s different, what to expect in the next movie, and just exactly where all of our characters left off after an intense battle against Thanos and his army!

It’s pretty fair to say that the Guardians of the Galaxy weren’t exactly the main focus in Avengers: Endgame. While Rocket Raccoon survived the decimation in Infinity War, Gamora’s soul was sacrificed on Vormir, and the rest of his compadres were wiped to dust as we were left with just a single Guardian for a majority of Endgame’s three hour runtime. Despite this — the Guardians of the Galaxy reunited in the end and presented a whole lot of changes for the characters in the future and the upcoming Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3. Watch to see what changes are in store, what the end of Endgame hinted at and where exactly our heroes may end up. These are not the same Guardians we got to watch and enjoy in the first two movies. They have definitely been through A LOT — especially Rocket Raccoon.

Why Thanos’s MCU Introduction Now Makes No Sense

Looking back on the MCU after Avengers: Endgame, Thanos’s introduction makes absolutely no sense. Subscribe to our channel for more awesome videos: http://bit.ly/Subscribe-to-Screenrant

Spoiler alert! This video (and this passage of text) has major spoilers for Avengers: Endgame, so if you STILL haven’t seen the movie, don’t watch it and don’t read on!

Thanos is no more in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The Mad Titan with the prune-like chin was killed-off in Avengers: Endgame – twice, as a matter of fact! – having been built-up for seven years as the big-bad of the franchise.

And while Marvel Studios seemingly played the long game with the character, the evidence actually proves they didn’t plan as far ahead as you might have thought.

As a result, Thanos’ introduction was flawed, with a number of inconsistencies that didn’t make sense along the way.

In this video, we’ll tell you why his introduction made no sense and what should’ve been done to make it better.

Joss Whedon didn’t even know why he was introducing Thanos in that Avengers mid-credits scene back in 2012 – he just needed someone to act as Loki’s boss.

As a result, his motives weren’t laid out and, in conjunctions with inconsistencies related to the MCU Infinity Gauntlet, a number of problems arose with regards to the Mad Titan.

You’ll have to watch the video to find out more – and indeed what we’d have done to rectify the situation.

We hope you enjoy the video! Please leave a comment letting us know what you thought about it. And don’t forget to subscribe to Screen Rant’s YouTube channel, so you never miss our great new video uploads in the future.
