Disney has been known to release trailers giving away way too much of their animated movies, but in the case of the highly anticipated Frozen 2, it seems like everything has been kept hidden in a large glacier somewhere.

Some sequels decide to start fresh, introducing new villains, taking characters on new journeys, or just using them for a whole different story altogether. Well, Frozen 2 is not taking that route, it’s going to feel like Chapter 2 of the same book we’ve been reading over and over since 2013. The filmmakers insisted on following the same themes with the characters and ensuring the spirit and magic of the first film was not lost. He may be a bit of a fixer-upper, but the romance blossoms for Anna and Kristoff in Frozen 2, so much so that we may see a LOT more ice in the film — this time in the form of a huge diamond that Kristoff uses to pop the question. And these aren’t some rumors or just a part of our Anna and Kristoff fanfiction either. In an exclusive clip for the D23 expo, we see Kirstoff getting ready to pop the question, but Anna isn’t quite getting the hint as she’s focused on Elsa’s problems.

Even with very few details to go on, we’ve managed to scrape other plot elements, new song information, and some pretty intriguing clues about new characters and the roles they play in the movie. So let’s hop aboard Sven and take a stroll through EVERYTHING we know about Frozen 2.

The Star Wars sequel films aren’t exactly the most beloved things to have ever happened to the Star Wars Fandom.

While The Force Awakens and The Last Jedi definitely have their fans, they also have their detractors. People who believe that the Skywalker saga should have gone in a much different direction than it has.

Included among them apparently, is George Lucas, the franchise’s original creator.
Wait wait wait…George Lucas himself is not happy with the films? What? How do we know that?

Hubble Legacy Field – Zoom Out

This video begins with a view of the thousands of galaxies in the Hubble Ultra Deep Field and slowly zooms out to reveal the larger Hubble Legacy Field, containing 265,000 galaxies. The Hubble Legacy Field combines 16 years’ worth of Hubble observations into a single image that represents the largest and most comprehensive “history book” of galaxies ever made. They stretch back through 13.3 billion years of time to just 500 million years after the universe’s birth in the big bang.

On the first official day of our descent from summer to winter, Disney have made sure that we don’t forget what lies ahead by releasing the trailer for Frozen 2. It’s been five years since the first Frozen came out and so we’ve had a lot of time to dream up theories for what comes next. The new trailer, though, has given us some definitive confirmation for Frozen 2.

First off, there’s the Enchanted Forest, which is the site of Frozen 2’s quest. We get a first look at the forest as well as the people who live there, the Northundrians. They’re a society of nomads who are much more connected to nature than their decadent southern counterparts who, it turns out, have to flee North after some mysterious natural phenomena whip through Arendelle.

These weird natural forces look very similar to Elsa’s powers, except based on different elements. Namely: earth, wind and fire. The most compelling theory is that these elements are each controlled by another person like Elsa (maybe one of the Northundrians or maybe even Anna). Whoever, or whatever, ends up being behind these forces, you can bet that it will result in some crazy action setpieces. Whether it’s an army of reindeer riding against a giant troll or a more cerebral conflict between the sisters and the memory of their parents, Frozen 2 is going to take the animated musical genre to another level.
