I have lost count of the number of Oris Aquis that I’ve had a crack at over the last couple of years. Solid is the word, especially in 43.5mm! I always felt that it could easily have coped with losing a bit of beef, but that the 39.5mm was a just a little too skinny. Enter the 41.5mm. Why didn’t they release this one first? The answer, know, I do not. Cheers, Jody

When did you last see a linen dial watch? Not a trick question by the way, I’m serious. This is the first I’ve seen and it is really nice. Not the usual $300 fayre on Kickstarter, but then again, what are the alternatives? There aren’t any!! Cheers, Jody
