Well, this one took a while! Not helped by the fact that the prototype Traska sent me 6 months ago ended up in Canberra, never to be seen again! Ha! Anyway, this watch has definitely been worth the wait. An original design with a few nice touches. Seiko NH3x movement for $400 though? When a ‘Hulk’ just ain’t colourful enough……. I’m kind of torn about this one. The Aquacy wears amazingly well, the lightest and most comfortable subby homage I have worn, and that includes my Ginault. But there are just a few too many niggles for this one to get two thumbs up. A final thank you to JP for loaning me this Samurai for review. I liked it. Quite a lot. There seems to be reasonable value in it if you can find one for around the $300USD mark. There are two watches worth $25k the pair on the thumbnail. It could only be another Mr X video.
