Another month, another double unboxing! Oops! A real contrast between these two, in terms of price, materials, pretty much everything, really. The Seiko looks like an interesting alternative to the Sea Urchin and the Fifty Five Fathoms. The Oris looks like nothing else I have ever owned!! What a stunner! Ok, so I’ll let you know now, this isn’t a particularly positive review. I see a lot of watches, some of them are amazing, offering something a bit special for the money. I don’t think this Bernard London offers anything special for the not inconsiderable sum they are charging. It looks OK, and the Sellita powering it is a cracker, but, 500 quid? I don’t think so. And 1000 quid? Pull the other one. You’d be better off with a Longines, Tissot, Oris, CW etc etc. But hey, don’t just take my word for it, you can check out Oleg’s much more positive review below…..
