I have had this one in the house for a while, but was waiting for a discount period to publish the review. A solid watch for the cash, with a few obvious compromises. The Seagull movement is surprisingly accurate though, and the glass is definitely sapphire. If you can’t cope with an Invicta, this might do the trick. Cheers, Jody

I have included both of these watches in numerous round-ups and reviews already. But when they are on special, it would have been rude of me not to mention it to you. I must admit, I like this one. I’ve been looking for a cheap Seiko Meca Quartz movement for ages. I like the idea and they are great movements to live with, but most of the microbrands I have reviewed charge north of $300. Enter the Chinese!! Pagani sell this excellent, full-sized and handsome chrono for only $43. Chinese Special of the year?! It’ll take some beating…… Cheers, Jody
