RULES:
5 lives to beat a level. Every time you die, drink.
On 5th death, take 2 drinks and pass.
Sucked down a Warp Zone, take a shot.
Beat level, everyone else takes 5 second pull.
Beat level without dying, Everyone else takes 10 second pull
Beat 3 levels in a row, pass and take a celebratory drink
