How can we help kids during stressful moments? A gentle reminder to breathe through anxiety, anger or excitement can be just the support they need. At a very young age, we help children identify their emotions: sad, happy, excited, tired and angry. Our song “Everything Is Going To Be Alright” helps us learn that emotions will come and go.
We want to provide kids with a simple tool when big emotions arise. A moment to breathe and calm our systems, at any age, can greatly improve the outcomes of our day and our health. We hope this song is something families and classes can reference when helping children through difficult times.
