If you haven’t ever heard of the Super Mario Bros., you must be living under a rock. The video game franchise created by Nintendo is recognizable to both gamers and non-gamers alike which definitely says something about it’s popularity. Whether it’s playing the legendary Super Mario Bros. platformer games for the NES and SNES or having an awesome time with your friends playing Mario Kart, these games are incredibly fun to play.
You’ve probably had a taste of some of the best Mario games out there, but now it’s time to look at the characters which make these games best sellers. The characters in this video are the shining lights behind all the success of the Super Mario franchise. Even some characters we may not have been too fond of at first have transformed into well-developed characters deserving of a chance to star in their own video game. In the case of Luigi and Wario, they have taken the next step and had their face plastered on the front of a game, while others are still waiting for their opportunity.
There is such an array of Mario characters it can be quite difficult to keep up with all of them. Be that as it may, all of these characters come together and are often playable in games such as Mario Tennis, Mario Party and the friendship killer known as Mario Kart.
