Spider-Man: Far From Home is now out in the wild, meaning that the second entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe version of the wall-crawler is able to be consumed with our eye-balls.

And it brought with it a lot of potentially huge things, things that could impact the entire MCU going forward.

And of course, things that could have a massive effect on a third film in the web-head’s solo film trilogy.

Be it the possibility of Mysterio joining up with a team of other villains to become the Sinister Six, or the introduction of any even greater, possibly greener threat.Well, Spider-Man has always been a hero of two worlds in the comics. He is most known as the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man, focusing heavily on street level heroism. Something that has been a major theme through both Homecoming and Far From Home, with the web-head struggling to accept his role as an Avenger, feeling that he belongs on the ground, taking care of the little guy as opposed to facing cosmic threats.

Quick question: Who’s your favorite Disney character? Snow White? Elsa? Lightning McQueen? Well, hands down ours is Bart Simpson. Yep, Disney now owns the Simpsons and it never gets old declaring the yellow-skinned family as our favorite Disney characters!

And while the town of Springfield may be under the Disney umbrella now, it doesn’t mean things were so warm and fuzzy before. While we never got to see The Simpsons first family vacation to Disney World, Marge decided to capture the memories in a photo album which she pulled out for the episode “Mobile Homer”. The world of Pixar may come off as loving family films, but The Simpsons has no problem pointing out that the company will do anything they can to take out their competition. In the episode “Angry Dad: The Movie”, Bart creates a movie that goes up against Disney and Pixar’s movie at an awards show, except on the show they are referred to as “Mixar”. Over the years, The Simpsons has taken many shots at the Disney theme park industry and one of the earliest examples may come from the season six episode “Itchy & Scratchy Land”. In the episode, the Simpsons go on a family vacation to the theme park where they experience price gouging, rip-offs, and a whole lot of creepy animatronics.
So let’s hop back in time before Disney owned practically everything and Homer wasn’t afraid to make a dig at the House of Mouse — there have been numerous Disney insults in the whole 30 seasons of The Simpsons and we’ve got the best for you now!

After eleven years of build-up and twenty-three movies, the Marvel Cinematic Universe’s Infinity Saga comes to an end this summer with Spider-Man: Far From Home.

Or does it?

You see, there’s a theory that the elusive and mysterious seventh Infinity Stone from the comic books – the Ego Stone (or Ego Gem as it’s known in the source material) – will be an important MacGuffin in MCU Phase Four.

In this video, we’ll explain why that’s the case and what it might mean for the franchise in terms of its forthcoming narrative.

It’s based on several factors – one being the fact that, in the comics, the Ego Gem was discovered in a different universe, so now the multiverse has become a thing in the MCU, it may be found in a different universe in the franchise.

But there’s also the fact that Doctor Doom and Kang the Conqueror might be introduced, now that Disney have acquired Fox. Given that they can both time travel and often seek out items of power, either of those villains might covet the Infinity Stones – and given that Marvel Studios will want to differentiate Phase Four from the Infinity Saga, adding the Ego Stone to the franchise would certainly do that.

And what about Kurt Russell’s Ego? Was his existence in the franchise hinting towards the introduction of the powerful item that shares his name? You’ll have to watch the video to find out more.

Toy Story was a revolutionary film in 1995, not only ushering in the era of CG animation, but launching Pixar into the stratosphere and changing the world of cinema forever. As Toy Story 4 sets even more animation landmarks – both in terms of box office and quality, it’s a great time to take a look back and showcase how much Pixar’s animation has evolved and changed over the years. Yes, it’s 2019 and we’re still enjoying another Toy Story movie 24 years after the original, but it took a lot to get here, and following the journey includes a look back at animation changes, story overhauls, and some other huge franchises Pixar has launched through the years.

It’s easy to take the original Toy Story for granted — the movie is just one of many in Pixar’s impressive catalogue. Over the years, the movie was probably stacked among other Disney DVDs and Blu-Rays, added as a part of the digital movie library, or just a typical Saturday morning re-run on TV. When Toy Story premiered back in 1995, it literally had everything going for it. The film was a feature-length CG movie — something no one had seen before. But not only were the effects good for the time, but the story and emotion was there as well. Woody and Buzz became household names, a sequel was announced shortly after and the whole Toy Story franchise was born with toys filling up aisles, shorts playing on ABC, and children dressing up as multiple characters.

Now that that’s out of the way, we can tell you we were pretty impressed with the twenty-third Marvel Cinematic Universe installment!

It had everything; great characters, epic action, awesome special effects, humour that works, twists and turns, and even a nod to Marvel Zombies!

But what about the movie surprised us? Well, you’re about to find out, as we look into the most surprising moments in Spider-Man: Far From Home.

The moments in question are; finding out out that the Snap/Decimation is referred to as “the Blip”, finding out that Tony Stark had given Peter Parker access to EVERYTHING Stark Industries had to offer, finding out what Aunt May and Happy Hogan had been up to, finding out Ned Leeds has a girlfriend in the form of Betty Brant, discovering that Quentin Beck is actually a disgruntled Stark Industries employee, discovering that B.A.R.F. was actually created by Quentin Beck, seeing all the past minor Stark Industries employees reappearing, finding out that Spider-Man’s real identity has been made public knowledge, seeing J.K. Simmons returning as J. Jonah Jameson, and finding out that Nick Fury and Maria Hill were Skrulls for the whole movie.
