In Black Panther 2 news, Black Panther actress Lupita Nyong’o recently shared her excitement about returning to reprise her role as Nakia in Black Panther 2. She commended director Ryan Coogler’s new plans and approach for the Black Panther sequel and , given the unfortunate loss of Chadwick Boseman. Chadwick Boseman passed away in August 2020 after a secret, four-year battle with colon cancer. As it pertains to Black Panther 2, Chadwick Boseman will likely be honored given the news of Ryan Coogler taking the time needed to reshape his initial vision for the Black Panther movie.
As a very important Black Panther 2 update, Marvel has previously confirmed it will not recast Chadwick Boseman’s role in Black Panther 2 as T’Challa, and will not be using a digital double in the Black Panther 2 movie. What this might mean for Marvel Phase 4 in the MCU, we’ll have to wait and see what the Marvel Cinematic Universe will showcase in Black Panther 2. We’ll have to wait for the Black Panther 2 trailer or Black Panther 2 teaser whenever it drops. A Marvel phase 4 trailer can’t drop any sooner.
