Spiral: From the Book of Saw is the latest movie from the gory horror film franchise. This time, Chris Rock steps into the world as star and executive producer of Spiral as Detective Zeke Banks, working in the shadow of his decorated father, played by Samuel L. Jackson. When a string of murders similar to the Jigsaw murders start hitting the city, Zeke finds him and his rookie partner, played by Max Minghella, down a spiraling rabbit hole.

Director of Spiral, Darren Lynn Bousman, talks about working with the comedic actor on a horror, while Chris Rock explains what drew him toward the project and what he ideas he wanted to bring to the film.

The PSVR 2, made for use with the PlayStation 5, will reportedly include a 4K display, eye tracking, haptic feedback, and more according to a newly published report. Resident Evil 8 has been making the news consistently thanks to everyone’s favorite tall vampire-lady, Lady Dimetrescu, and it seems that popularity has converted to sales. In a recent press release, Capcom announced that Resident Evil Village has sold over 3 million units globally since its May 7th release. Wrapping up today’s news, EA has teased a Battlefield 6 reveal for June.

In Resident Evil Village, also known as Resident Evil 8, main character Ethan Winters is looking for his daughter Rose in the titular European Village. As Ethan, you must explore a castle filled with vampires, a village filled with Lycans, and many more enemies new to the series. Resident Evil 7 was Capcom’s first mainline Resident Evil to use a first-person perspective for gameplay, and they’ve kept the view for Resident Evil Village.
