عن حياته
بدأ إدوارد فؤاد حياته الفنية كمطرب مثل و الده بدر فؤاد، وعازف جيتار في فرقة غناء غربية اسمها “جيبسي” ثم أنتج لنفسه عددا من الأغاني المصورة، قبل أن يلتقطه المخرج الكبير أسامة فوزي ويشركه في دور صغير بفيلمه “بحب السيما”، الذي حصد جوائز عدة وأشترك في بطولته ” ليلي علوي”و”محمود حميدة” عام2004، وبعدها انطلق “ادوارد” في عالم السينما ليشارك في العديد من الأفلام.

Sailing across the Local Universe with ULLYSES: A Hubble Program to Observe Ultraviolet Light from Young Stars

We’ve all heard that a picture is worth a thousand words. Astronomers go further and say that a spectrum is worth a thousand pictures. Spectra show how bright a target is over a range of colors, revealing the temperature, composition, and other properties of planets, stars, galaxies, dust, and gas. With the help of astronomy researchers around the world, the Space Telescope Science Institute is carrying out a major program called ULLYSES that is obtaining spectra of young stars in our galaxy and beyond using the Hubble Space Telescope. It focuses on ultraviolet spectroscopy, one of Hubble’s unique strengths. Join us to learn about stellar spectroscopy and our ongoing epic journey with ULLYSES.

العديد من السيناريوهات التى تنتظر الوحدات المخالفة عقب انتهاء فترة تطبيق القانون رقم 17 لسنة 2019 بشأن التصالح فى بعض مخالفات البناء وتقنين الأوضاع والمعدل بالقانون رقم 1 لسنة 2020، فى 30 سبتمبر الجارى، وناشد أعضاء لجنة الإسكان بمجلس النواب، المواطنين سرعة التقدم قبل انتهاء المدة الزمنية، مؤكدين أن القانون هدية للمخالفين وفى مصلحة من سيتقدم للتصالح.
وفى هذا الإطار، قال النائب إسماعيل نصر الدين، عضو لجنة الإسكان بمجلس النواب، إن هناك عددًا من السيناريوهات المتوقعة من أجل التعامل مع مخالفات البناء بعد 30 سبتمبر وهى الفترة التى ينتهى فيها تطبيق القانون رقم 17 لسنة 2019 بشأن التصالح فى بعض مخالفات البناء والمعدل بالقانون رقم 1 لسنة 2020، خاصة وأن التشريع مؤقت وليس بشكل دائم حتى لا يكون ذريعة بما بعد للمواطنين بالمخالفة بحجة أن هناك تشريع قائم بشأن التصالح، ولكنه جاء ليقضى على أزمة ظلت عالقة لسنوات طويلة ومن ثم يهدف للحفاظ على الثروة العقارية والبنية التحتية وشبكة الخدمات والمرافق مرة أخرى.
وأوضح عضو لجنة الإسكان بمجلس النواب، أنه من ضمن السيناريوهات المتوقع تطبيقها عقب انتهاء العمل بقانون التصالح فى بعض مخالفات البناء وتقنين الأوضاع، أن الأدوار المخالفة التى تخضع لأحكام القانون رقم 1 لسنة 2020 ولم يتم تقديم طلب بشأن التصالح عليه قبل الفترة المنصوص عليها وهى 30 سبتمبر ستتم إزالته، وفيما يخص المخالفات التى لم يتم التصالح عليها أيضًا وتتمتع بالمرافق والخدمات سيتم قطع المرافق تدريجيا عنها، وسيتم تطبيق قانون البناء الموحد رقم 119 لسنة 2008، وهذا يعني أن الحبس والغرامة ستكون مصير المخالفين الذين لم يتقدموا بطلبات لتقنين أوضاعهم وفقًا لأحكام القانون.
وأشار عضو البرلمان، إلى أن جميع السيناريوهات التى سيتم تطبيقها عقب انتهاء الفترة الزمنية المنصوص عليها بشأن قانون التصالح جميعها ليست فى صالح المواطنين، ومن الأفضل للمخالفين استغلال هذا التشريع الذى تضمن العديد من التيسيرات والمحفزات وتم مراعاة البعد الاجتماعى للمواطنين بمختلف طبقاتهم، ووقف الدعوات والأحكام، متابعًا: “القانون فى مصلحة من سيتصالح، وتم تعديل الفئات والمناطق بشأن تحديد الأسعار الخاصة بقيمة المخالفة للتناسب مع البعد الاجتماعى”.
وفى ذات الصدد، قال النائب معتز محمود، عضو لجنة الإسكان بمجلس النواب، إنه بمجرد انتهاء الفترة القانونية المنصوص عليها لتطبيق القانون سيتم التعامل وفقا للقانون رقم 119 لسنة 2008 والعقوبات الواردة به فيما يخص البناء المخالف والتعدى علىالأراضى، خاصة أن الجميع يعلم أن قانون التصالح لا يوجد به عقوبات ومن ثم سيتم التوجه مباشرة للتعامل بقانون البناء الموحد لتطبيق العقوبات على المخالفين.
وأوضح عضو لجنة الإسكان بمجلس النواب، أنه من ضمن العقوبات التى سيتم تطبيقها قطع المرافق تدريجيًا عن الوحدات المخالفة، وهناك بعض المقترحات بشأن مصادرة الوحدة لصالح الدولة وذلك فى حال العودة للمخالفة مرة أخرى، وإذا لزم الأمر تعديل تشريعى لمصادرة الوحدة سيتم ذلك، مؤكدًا أن مسالة وقف البناء المخالف وظاهرة النمو العشوائى أصبحت مسألة حياة أو موت خاصة بعد تهالك شبكة الخدمات والمرافق والبنية التحتية فى العديد من المناطق وتهالكها ما انعكس على الخدمة المقدمة.
وفى سياق متصل، قال النائب عادل بدوى، عضو لجنة الإسكان، إن قانون التصالح هدية للمواطنين عليهم الاستفادة القصوى منه قبل انتهاء الفترة القانونية المنصوص عليها، لافتًا إلى ان المشرع كان حريص على وضع فترة زمنية محددة لتطبيق القانون حتى لا يكون ذريعة فيما بعد للمخالفة، خاصة وأنه جاء ليصحح وضع خاطئ، والفترة الزمنية التى تم الاتفاق عليها كافية للتقدم بالطلبات.
وأشار عضو لجنة الإسكان بمجلس النواب، إلى أن الإزالة تنتظر المخالفات التى لن يتم التصالح عليها، وأن هناك جدية فى التعامل من قبل السلطة التنفيذية فى هذا الملف على وجه التحديد، ما يتطلب سرعة التقدم بطلبات التصالح وتقنين الأوضاع فيما يخص الحالات التى ينطبق عليها التشريع خلال الفترة الزمنية المنصوص عليها وقبل 30 سبتمبر الجار
