تزوجت شويكار من المحاسب «حسن نافع»، وبعد موته تزوجت الفنان فؤاد المهندس حيث قدما واحدا من أبرز الثنائيات في تاريخ السينما المصرية ثم انفصلا بعد ذلك، كما كانت قد تزوجت من مدحت يوسف.
