يقوم صناع السينما بحذف مشاهد من أفلامهم للعديد من الأسباب ففي بعض الأحيان تكون هذه المشاهد لا مبرر لها درامياً في قصة الفيلم وأحياناً ما تكون مدة عرض الفيلم طويلة جداً وهو ما يحتم اختصارها
