فايزة أحمد (5 ديسمبر 1930 – 21 سبتمبر 1983)، مغنية سورية / مصرية.
ولدت لأب سوري في صيدا بلبنان وعاد الأب إلى دمشق
وكانت فايزة طفلة صغيرة لم تبلغ الحادية عشرة من عمرها، وقدمت خلال مسيرة حياتها الفنية مئات الأغاني وبضعة أفلام.
تزوجت «فايزة» للمرة الأولى وهي في سن الخامسة عشر من عمرها، من السوري عمر النعامي، وبعد شهر من الزواج حملت فايزه بأبنتها فريال، وكانت كما قالت عن نفسها كُنت طفله أحمل طفل،
ثم تزوجت فايزة أحمد من مختار العابد، الذي أنجبت منه أكرم وأماني.
ثم تزوجت من محمد سلطان الموسيقار المصري واستمر الزواج 17 عاماً ليرزقا بطارق وعمرو، وحدث الطلاق في 22 مايو 1981.
تزوجت بعدها بالضابط عادل عبد الرحمن، ثم تطلقت منه بعد فترة قصيرة.

عادت وتزوجت من محمد سلطان بعد معاناتها مع سرطان الثدي قبل رحيلها بفترة وجيزة
ورغم أن محمد سلطان كان يتوقع وفاتها قبل ذلك بسبعة أشهر،
وبعد أن أعادها لعصمته تحقيقًا لآخر أمنياتها، إلا أن الفنان محمد سلطان فجع لرحيلها بشدة وظل صوته متهدجًا مملوءًا بالحزن لسنوات طويلة بعد ذلك وحتى الآن.
سلطان كان في مدينة «بوردو» الفرنسية بصحبة ولديه من فايزة، طارق وعمرو، حينما تلقى اتصالًا هاتفيًا من زوجته التي كانت تمكث بالقاهرة للعلاج،
وطلبت منه أن يحضر إلى مصر في أقرب وقت؛ حيث كانت تعاني آلامًا شديدة وأرادت أن يكون بجانبها في تلك اللحظات.
وأخبرها الفنان المصري أنه حجز طائرة العودة بعد أسبوع فوافقت ولم تعترض، وطلبت منه أن يُحضر لها «باروكة» من متجر مصفف الشعر الشهير نعيم،
وكذلك حذاءً طبيًا لأن قدميها كانتا تؤلمانها بشدة عند المشي بالأحذية العادية.
وبعد هذا الاتصال الهاتفي بـ3 أيام عاودت فايزة أحمد الاتصال بسلطان
وكانت في حالة إعياء واضحة وطلبت منه أن يحضر إلى القاهرة «سريعًا»، لأنها قد تفارق الحياة في أي لحظة، وبالفعل بذل قصارى جهده للعودة
واستطاع بـ«الصدفة البحتة» أن يكون بجانبها في اليوم التالي. سلطان وفايزة تحدثا طويلًا وتطرقا إلى موضوعات لم يتحدثا عنها منذ سنوات عديدة، وفي اليوم التالي

أيقظته زوجته في السادسة صباحًا وطلبت منه استدعاء الأطباء، الذين حضروا وحاولوا علاجها في المنزل، ولكن حالتها قد ساءت للغاية واضطر المعالجون
إلى نقلها للمستشفى بسيارة زوجها.
ونامت فايزة على صدر زوجها طوال الطريق ولم تقل له سوى: «اجري.. اجري بسرعة يا محمد على المستشفى.. سوق بسرعة يا محمد»
، وكانت تلك آخر كلماتها؛ فبمجرد دخولها للغرفة راحت في غيبوبة شبه متقطعة، تصحو للحظات تنظر حولها ثم تغيب عن الوعي مرة أخرى،
كما فقدت القدرة على الكلام وظلت كذلك طوال يوم كامل. وفي اليوم التالي دخلت في غيبوبة «كاملة» وبدا واضحًا أنها تفارق الحياة؛ فقد انتشرت الصفراء تمامًا في جسدها

ووصل السرطان إلى الكبد وأوقفه عن العمل، حتى فوجئ سلطان بالأطباء يطلبون من الحضور مغادرة الغرفة ثم نزعوا عن جسدها كل الأجهزة الطبية؛ فقد أسلمت فايزة أحمد الروح وفارقت
