جالا فهمي (6 نوفمبر 1962)، ممثلة مصرية.
وهي ابنة المخرج أشرف فهمي. حصلت على «ليسانس الآداب» من قسم اللغة الإنجليزية عام 1986،

وعملت في الإذاعة والتلفزيون بالإضافة إلى ممارستها للتمثيل بدأت حياتها الفنية في سن مبكرة، حيث كانت لا تزال في الثانية عشر من عمرها،
ثم عادت كمذيعة لبرنامج إذاعي بعنوان «حكايات راوية وفكري»، ومنه إلى التلفزيون ثم تفرغت للسينما وحققت النجاح في مجموعة الأفلام التي قدمتها مع المخرج شريف شعبان.
وخلال النصف الأول من حياتها عاشت في مدينة “سانتياجو” بدولة تشيلي، وبعدها عاشت مع الأسرة في مدريد (إسبانيا) حتى صارت تتحدث الإسبانية
كأولاد بلدها ولأن والدتها خريجة آداب قسم فرنسي فكان من الطبيعي أن تحتل فرنسا جزء كبير من حياتها، لذا فهي تتحدث الفرنسية أيضا بطلاقة
إذ أن جدتها خريجة مدارس فرنسيه وكانت لاتتحدث في البيت إلا بالفرنسية.
درست آداب إنجليزي حتى أصبحت ثقافتها تتنوع ما بين العربية والإسبانية والفرنسية والإنجليزية
وهي أمور ساعدتها كثيراً فنياً واجتماعياً في التعريف وفي محاولة التقريب بين الثقافة الشرقية والغربية عن طريق أفلامها وأيضاً عن طريق المهرجانات التي تحضرها في بلدان العالم.
الفنانة جالا فهمى سبق لها الزواج من الموسيقار عمر خيرت والد ابنها الوحيد “عمر”
ابنهما الوحيد “عمر” تزوج مؤخرا “منة الله” كريمة محمد عمران مستشار وزير الاتصالات وتكنولوجيا المعلومات وحرمه نبيلة عمران
حيث كان فى مقدمة الحضور م.طارق كامل وزير الاتصالات، م.علاء فهمى وزير النقل، د.أحمد درويش وزير التنمية الإدرارية، د.على المصيلحى وزير التضامن الاجتماعى،
د.عبد المنعم كامل رئيس دار الأوبرا المصرية، الفنان حسين فهمى وحرمه لقاء سويدان، ميرفت أمين، جالا فهمى، أحمد السقا، د.ممدوح الليثى، الإعلامى والكاتب الصحفى عمرو الليثى..
وغيرهم ممن استمتعوا بمراسم الزفاف وأشهر المقطوعات الموسيقية لعمر خيرت التى أحيا بها الحفل لأكثر من ساعة ونصف الساعة.
ومن المعروف ان جالا فهمى بعد طلاقها من عمر خيرت تزوجت من خارج الوسط الفني وطلقت ايضا ثم تزوجت المخرج شريف شعبان الذي طلقت منه مرتين،
وأخيراً عمرو حجازي الذي تطلقت منه أخيراً.. وكان زوجها الأخير عمرو حجازي قد أنتج لها قبل عامين فيلم «جلا جلا» ولم يحقق أي نجاح جماهيري الأمر الذي دفع جالا الى اعلان اعتزالها السينما.
