In this video, we’ll show you how to turn a relatively inexpensive and tough cut of beef into tender and delicious dinner entree. The secret here is the slow and low cooking method of beef stew meat. Seasoned with soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic, the meat is simmered in a gravy sauce and is perfect over rice or noodles.
