كائنات يأكلها الإنسان حية …

الأخطبوط
فى كوريا تسمى تلك الوجبة بـ (SANNAKJI ) ويقدم فيها الأخطبوط حى بكاملة او مقطع الى قطع صغيرة وتوضع بالطبق وأزرعه تتحرك وجسده يتلوى
ويقول الخبراء بأكل هذه الوجبات الغريبة أنهم يستمتعون بطعم اللحوم الطازجة وبإحساسهم بأعضائه التى لا تزال نشطة وبأزرعه التى تلصق بالحلق محاولة الخروج من الفم وينصحون المبتدئين أن يمضغونه جيداً قبل البلع لتجنب خطر التعرض للخنق

أسماك (IKIZUKURI )
فى اليابان يتم إعداد هذه الأسماك وهى لاتزال حية وتقدم شرائح السمك بينما لا يزال القلب ينبض والفم لايزال يلهث وأحياناً يتم إرجاع الأسماك الى حوض السباحة حتى تستعيد دورتها الدموية من أجل تحضير طبق أخر وهناك نوع سمك أخر شائع فى الصين هو (( yin yang ) يقدم والسمك حى أيضاً

قنفذ البحر
قد لاتبدو هذه الشوكيات شهية للغاية نظراً للطبقة الخارجية الشائكة التى تغطيها ولكنها مرغوبة فى العديد من البلدان لقيمتها الغذائية ولحمها المميز وتأكل نيئة مثل ( السوشى ) وفى الغالب يتم تقطيعها وتقديمها بسرعة بالغة وهى مازلت بها الروح

الضفادع
الضفادع من الاطعمة الشهيرة فى العديد من البلدان ولكن الأغرب هو ألتهام قلب الضفدع وهو مازال ينبض وهى ميزة إضافية تقدمها بعض المطاعم المخصصة فى أطباق الضفادع فى خدمة مميزة لكبار الضيوف

الجمبري
هناك طريقة واحدة شائعة لأكل الروبيان وهو حى وهو عن طريق إعداد طبق يسمى الروبيان السكران وهو طبق مشهور فى الصين حيث يتم وضع الروبيان فى الخمر الذى يصدم تلك القشريات الصغيرة ويجعلها فى حالة سكر
وهذا يجعلهم فى أقل درجات المقاومة أثناء إبتلاع الزبائن لهم وتقدم هذه الأكله الغريبة فى وعاء عميق لمنع الروبيان من القفز خارج الطبق
