فقد اشتهر الكثير من النجوم والنجمات بجاذبيتهم وأناقتهم، ودائماً نراهم على شاشات السينما أو التليفزيون متغاضين عن بعض التفاصيل الصغيرة التي يراها آخرون عيوبا كبيرة، لكن مرآة الإعجاب عمياء تمام كمرآة الحب، ومن أبرز النجوم الذين يعانون من عيوب جسدية وشكلية
