At the heart of the build is Bilstein’s IRC suspension which employs the industries latest technology and can be controlled from your smartphone. Also added to the vehicle were Brembo brakes, HRE Wheels, Falken tires, AFE intake, Evolution Racewerks Intercooler and tons of other components.

Personal Rig Update 2012 Part 16 – Motherboard & Graphics Card Swap Linus Tech Tips

So my rig has actually been pretty much done for a while, but it hasn’t been in a state where I’ve been really ready to call it “complete”. The motherboard was pretty flaky with my RAID card, and my graphics card wasn’t modern enough to allow me to use NVIDIA’s Game Streaming tech.

There’s actually STILL an issue with it that’s bugging me, too. The UV LED lights I got from Phobya are terrible. About 50-70% of the LEDs are either dim or not working at all, so my lighting effects are not very good at all. Unfortunately it’s just too much work to replace them at this point (almost complete tear-down and re-assembly to get at some of them)

This video doesn’t address that issue, but it does show my Kepler (GTX Titan) and motherboard upgrade that gets me to the point where it’s at least technically functional and very stable.

Part 1: Morris Mountain Off-Road Park! – 2013 Ultimate Adventure Week

With a motto of “No Whining,” 25 custom 4x4s traversed four states on a 1,500 mile on and off road trip. The 13th running of the Ultimate Adventure traveled the South from Alabama through Georgia, Florida, and ending in South Carolina.

The first day saw the group check in and learn the few rules of the trip, and then begin a trek that would have them living out of their vehicles for the next week. Appropriate for the start of an Ultimate Adventure, the first destination sees the group hitting Morris Mountain Off-Road Vehicle Park where they attempt the first obstacle, “The Good, the Bad and the Ugly.” Morris Mountain ORVP makes sure the group is well seasoned in 4×4 carnage before they travel to the next destination.
