The Jaguar F-Type is a truly great sports car, but can it beat the iconic Porsche 911 Cabriolet?

Having tested every version of the Jaguar F-Type, we know it’s a great sports car. What we are yet to find out, is if it’s good enough to topple the Porsche 911 Cabriolet. Steve Sutcliffe took the F-Type V6 S to our favourite Welsh roads, because with 375bhp and less weight than the V8, we reckon it’s the sweet-spot in the range. With just 345bhp the 911 looks weedy, but its 200kg weight advantage could reverse its odds.
