أطلقت فيسبوك النسخة التجريبية من منصة إعلاناتها الجديدة للهواتف المحمولة والتي تسمح بنشر الإعلانات على التطبيقات الخارجية التي تعتمد على خدمات فيسبوك.

 

وتعمل شبكة التوصل الاجتماعي حالياً على عددٍ محدودٍ من التطبيقات الخاصة بالهواتف التي تعمل بنظام أندرويد وiOS. وقامت الشركة باختبار هذه الإعلانات على بعض تطبيقات شركة (Zynga) الشهيرة لعدة أشهر. وقال متحدث باسم فيسبوك بأن هذه الإعلانات التي ستظهر في تطبيقات تستخدم فيسبوك ستكون وسيلة أخرى تساعد المستخدم على مشاهدة إعلانات ذات صلة بتطبيقات مماثلة أخرى.

 

وتأتي هذه الخطوة بعد أن انخفضت قيمة سهم فيسبوك حوالي 43% من أول اكتتاب لها في مايو/أيار الماضي، حيث يشكك بعض المستثمرين في قدرة الشركة على تطوير قاعدتها الخاصة بالمستخدمين الذين يعملون على الشبكة من خلال هواتفهم المحمولة.

 

وقد أظهرت دراسات سابقة بأن إعلانات فيسبوك على الهواتف المحمولة لديها فرصة نجاح أعلى بكثير من الإعلانات الخاصة بنسخة فيسبوك للحواسب المكتبية والمحمولة.

 

يذكر أن المدير التنفيذي لفيسبوك ‘مارك زوكربيرج’ أشار في مقابلة سابقة أجراها معه موقع تيك كرانش بأن فيسبوك حالياً هي شركة للهواتف المحمولة، في إشارة منه إلى أهمية دعم فيسبوك للهواتف، لأنها ستصبح السوق الرئيسي للمستخدم على مدى السنوات الثلاث إلى الخمس القادمة.

أعلنت شركة ”مايكروسوفت” الأمريكية، عملاق صناعة البرمجيات في العالم، عن مجموعة من التحديثات في خدمتها التخزينية السحابية ”سكاي درايف” تلبية لرغبات الطلاب، أبرزها تزويدها بـ ”سلة المهملات” الافتراضية.

وتهدف المميزات الجديدة إلى تيسير عمل المشروعات المنفذة من قبل مجموعات العمل، فضلا عن توفير شبكة أمنية للعمل الجاري، وتلبية للمطالب التي تقدم بها الطلاب للشركة، وفقا لما ذكره عمر شاهين مدير برنامج مجموعة سكاي درايف على المدونة الرسمية للشركة.

وستخزن ”سلة مهملات سكاي درايف” الملفات التي يتم حذفها لمدة ثلاثة ايام على الأقل، تحسبا لقيام أحد زملاء الدراسة بحذف مستمد مهم عن دون قصد من الخدمة السحابية، وعند وصول نسبة المستندات المحذوفة لأكثر من 10 في المائة من مساحة التخزين الكلية، فإنها ستزال بعد ثلاثة أيام تلقائيا.

وقد تم نشر تحديث ”سلة المهملات” الآن، وستوفر لكافة مستخدمي الخدمة السحابية في غضون الـ 24 ساعة القادمة، حيث ستكون قابلة للتصفح بنمطي العرض ”الصور المصغرة” و”العرض المفصل”، وستتيح استعادة الملفات المحذوفة لمواقعها الأصلية.

وقال شاهين إن الطلاب هم سوق أساسي لخدمة ”سكاي درايف”، ولهذا تقدم ”مايكروسوفت” لهم نصائح وتلميحات تمكنهم من تحقيق الاستفادة العظمى من الخدمة في مجال دراساتهم، كما أنها استضافت في وقت سابق من هذا العام مسابقة تعاونية للطلاب عبر استخدام ”سكاي درايف” في منافسات خطط العمل في المدارس والكليات.

وأضاف: ”لقد طالب الطلاب أيضا بأدوات مسحية في برنامج إكسل”، مشيرا إلى أن هذا البرنامج سيسمح قريبا للمستخدمين بإنشاء مسوح بأسئلة متعددة وخيارات للرد يمكن مشاركتها مع الآخرين من داخل البرنامج.

ولفت شاهين إلى أن جاري الآن تطوير التحديث وسيتم توفيره قريبا على خدمة ”سكاي درايف”.

I’m super excited about these salvaged parts, because there are a ton of dangerous projects I can use these for. Like unballasted high voltage electrical arcing, or instantly fatal traveling arcs. How about improvised spot welding, or dangerously exciting metal melting, and even makeshift AC stick welders? I feel like I made out like a bandit on this project, and these salvaged components will lay the foundation for many projects to come.
